Laundry Room

Objective: The client wanted to add a laundry room on the second floor of their house.

Solution: By opening up a closet and rarely used bathroom on the second floor, the combined space was re-designed to create a laundry room with storage. To prevent any possible water damage, the washer and dryer are built into a basin with a floor drain.
